    1. I agree and consent to my participation in all programmes and activities organized by or on behalf of The Tuition.
    2. I understand that participating in the above Programme(s) will mean that I agree:
    a. That The Tuition routinely organizes programmes and activities for its students. I am aware that my participation in some of these programmes/activities may involve certain amounts of risks (including but not limited to sustaining personal injuries and/or loss of life should serious accidents occur).
    b. To always cooperate fully with The Tuition (or third-party organizers engaged by The Tuition) and to diligently comply with all safety and other instructions whenever I participate in any of these programmes/activities. If I have any safety concerns whatsoever regarding such programmes/activities, I shall inform the organiser to have such concerns addressed prior to my participation.
    c. To have photographs or videos taken of me during activities engagement.
    d. To allow The Tuition to use and share the photographs and videos referred to in paragraph 2c for training, educational and The Tuition Social Media purposes only.
    e. The Tuition reserves the right to add your mobile number to WhatsApp group chats – through which we disseminate information about programmes and events.
    3. That I shall not, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Singapore, hold The Tuition, its directors, officers, staff, or any of its authorized agents responsible for any damage to or loss of any personal property or personal injury or death (save for personal injury or death resulting from the negligence of The Tuition, its directors, officers, staff, or any of its authorized agents) which may be sustained by me under any of the circumstances set out to me undertaking above.
    4. I understand that participation in the Programme(s) is voluntary, and I and my child can withdraw from the Programme (s) by giving 1 month's notice.
